Back in June 2016, I had to deliver a very important #leadership #keynote at the JW #Marriott Marquis in #Dubai and I needed a certain prop for my #presentation. Though I’d requested the agency handling the event to arrange it, somehow this request got lost in their internal communication.
With just an hour left, LEVIS – this amazing associate from the Banquets – saved the day for me by reaching out to multiple departments in his #hotel and finally arranging exactly what I wanted.
An excellent example of great customer service: taking responsibility, quick thinking, thinking outside the box, not passing the buck and staying with the issue until it was completely resolved.
It’s amazing what you can accomplish with a #positivemindset !
