Peter Drucker said it best when he said "Time is the scarcest resource, and unless it is managed, nothing else can be managed". As a corporate trainer and motivational speaker, I help individuals and businesses grow. And one of the most significant elements of this growth equation lies in how well the individual or enterprise is managing its time. I've always believed that Time Management is as much about a To Don't List as it is about a To Do list. Yet we often fail to identify the factors which should be on our To Don't List. Given that we are managing a perishable, finite resource, I think it makes perfect sense to spend time identifying the Time Killers and then ruthlessly killing them. This infographic (courtesy of Office Time) lists the top time killers and how to fight back.
